The ZLG Series Stainless Steel Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer is a precision-engineered thermal processing system specifically designed for industries that handle delicate, high-value, or geometrically complex particulates. Material is fed into the machine via the inlet and moves forward continuously along the horizontal fluidized bed surface under the influence of precisely tuned vibration force. Hot air is forced upward through the perforated fluid bed, making direct contact with the wet material. This process facilitates rapid heat and mass transfer. The moisture-laden air is purified through a cyclone separator before being exhausted, while the dried product is discharged through the outlet.

Traditional drying methods often lead to particle attrition or surface damage due to aggressive mechanical agitation. The ZLG series solves this by using a "throwing" motion induced by dual vibration motors.
